Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us at info@atvanev.in or +91 9911600933 with your order ID and registered contact details.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Accessories and parts can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Vehicle orders can be cancelled before registration, customization, dispatch, or dealership handover process begins.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return or replacement as described below.

Returns and Replacements

Returns or replacements may be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Product images, invoice details, and unpacking proof may be requested for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, installed, damaged, or altered products.
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, serial number, accessories, or manuals.
  • Vehicle orders after registration, customer-specific processing, or handover.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5-7 business days after approval, subject to bank, card network, UPI, or payment gateway timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping, handling, registration, or logistics charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by us.
